Lynn F. Zumbo

d. January 28, 2017

Lynn F. Zumbo (Riccobelli), 69, of Beechview, beloved wife of Domenic J. Zumbo, passed away the morning of Saturday, January 28, 2017.

Lynn was born in Homestead, Pennsylvania to Anniable (Ricky) and Jean Riccobelli on February 17, 1947. She graduated from Baldwin High School class of 1965. Lynn went on to earn her license in cosmetology in December of 1965. She was happily married to Domenic (Sonny) Zumbo on March 4, 1967. The loving couple was married just shy of 50 years.

Aside from helping her loyal clients for many years - rolling their curls to teasing their up-do's, she enjoyed reading, playing games, and spending time with her family; especially her amazing grandchildren. Nonni was quite fond of her eight grandchildren and all of their hobbies. You could often find Nonni and her family hanging out at the local park, taking a short walk, or finishing the evening with an ice cream treat. She was loved by all that knew her and will be missed by many. Lynn was a hero, an amazing woman, a nurturing mother, a wonderful teacher and humble wife. She will be forever in our thoughts and hearts.

Lynn is preceded in death by her parents, Anniable and Jean (Abbiatici) Riccobelli; and sister Margaret (Gigi) Kirk.

Nonni is survived by her husband, Domenic (Sonny) Zumbo; two sons, Anthony and Raymond (Gina Lynne) Zumbo; two daughters Laurie (Ron) Tudor and Gina Marie (Mike) Donaldson; eight grandchildren Alyssa and Kalyn Zumbo, Vinny and Marlo Zumbo, Tommi Lynn and Declan Tudor, Izabella and Lilianna Donaldson; four siblings Susan (Bill) Weber, Elaine (Tony) Kansler, Ricky (Patty) Riccobelli, and Diane Zovko; sister-in-law Jim Kirk and Jim (Rita), Renita, Dave (Cheryl) Zumbo; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
