Went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 1, 2013. Born March 16, 1922 in Belle Vernon. Son of the late Dominick and Mary Rizzutto and beloved stepfather, Charles "Duke" Russo. Preceded in death by his beloved first wife, Pauline DeRose Rizzutto; brothers, James, Albert, Sam, Joseph, and Robert; and sisters, Theresa, Mary, Anna, Margaret, and Princess. Survived by his wife, Pauline Kotula Rizzutto; a sister, Jean Goshorn; his loving children, Louis W. Rizzutto, Richard (Shari) Rizzutto, Marlene Roth, and Susan (David) Wheeler; grandchildren, Ryan (Kayla) Krause, Daniel (Yolanda) Siegel, Ashleigh and Courtney Markel, Matthew (Lauren) Rizzutto, Bradley, Sarah and Alex Rizzutto; great-grandchildren, Caleb Rizzutto, Alex Krause and Precious; also survived by his brother-in-law and best friend, Joseph DeRose. He was a lifelong member of St. Margaret of Scotland Church in Green Tree, PA, American Legion Post 823, World War II veteran Army Air Corps, 99th Bomb Group, 416th Squadron Engineer, top turret gunner B-17, bomber flying fortress. He was the Pittsburgh division manager for Inter Ocean Insurance (Cincinnati Life Insurance) until retirement. He was an essential part of many lives and his children and grandchildren. He will be missed and forever loved.
