On Saturday, April 27th, 2024, surrounded by her adoring family, peace and so much love. The daughter of Corrine “Cookie” Bohaski and the late Richard Gmys, she is survived by her four loving children: Alyssa (Alex), Erin (Lucas) Maggie (Brandon) Lane and Benjamin Gmys, as well as her devoted sisters: Richelle, Debbie, Kim, and twin Lisa (Mark). Also survived by dear long term partner Denny and her many nieces and nephews: Leah (Mike), Jamie, Mara, Russell, Peter, Ashley, Lauren, Nathan, Haley, and Madison, as well as numerous great nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends from all throughout her life. Predeceased in death also by stepfather Franklin “Frank” Bohaski. Family and friends welcome Tuesday 2-8 pm WM. SLATER & SONS INC. (412-381-3345) 301 Virginia Ave., Mt. Washington 15211, where a blessing service will be held Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 11:00 am. Burial will be private to the family.
