In Loving Memory of Linda Ann Huhn

Linda Huhn, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, was born on July 23rd, 1947, in Evanston, Illinois. On July 21st, 2023, surrounded by her loving family as she peacefully passed away. She is survived by her son, James Fink, and his wife Heidi and her granddaughters, Annie and Sara Fink. Linda was a loving sister to Joyce Culyba, Joann Jagla, Ann Harang, Vicki Grochocinski, Vince Grochocinski and a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Stanley and Caroline Grochocinski, as well as her beloved husband, Dennis Huhn, whom she now joins in eternal peace.

Throughout her life, Linda found joy in the simple pleasures. She had a passion for Scrabble and puzzles, challenging her mind and creating memorable moments with family and friends. Her love for nature led her to enjoy birdwatching and all of its tranquility.  Linda also had an unwavering love for the Green Bay Packers. As a "Cheesehead", she would enthusiastically cheer for her team.  As a long-standing member of "The Hotties" social club, Linda formed lasting friendships and shared in the joy of their camaraderie.

A memorial to celebrate Linda's life will be held on Friday, July 28th, from 11 am to 1 pm at the WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, located at 1650 Greentree Road, Scott Twp. 15220, (412-563-2800)
