Beloved husband for 44 loving years to Helen; loving father of Joseph (Melissa) Polk, Peggy (Harry) Gaughan, Andrew (Antonella) Polk, and Michael (Julie) Polk; loving Pappy of Anthony, Ryan, Luciana, Christian, Emily, Nicolas, Henry, Kaitlyn, Kristina, Marco, and Logan. Leonard was one of nine children. He was the proud owner and president of Leonard F. Polk and CO., P.C. for 40 years. He was a kind, compassionate, and generous person to everyone that knew him.
