Killian A. "Kelly" O'Brien

Killian A. "Kelly" O'Brien passed away unexpectedly on November 10, 2021. He was born on August 24, 1955, the youngest son of Peggy and Bill O'Brien. Prior to his retirement, Kelly spent most of his career working as a tipstaff in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County in both the Criminal and Civil Divisions. He was well-respected and a friend to everyone he met. Kelly was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Kevin O'Brien. He will be greatly missed by his sister, Maureen O'Brien Giran (Dave) and his brother, Judge W. Terrence O'Brien (Marion). Kelly was the loving uncle to Michael, Kathy, Megan, Kelly, Elliott and Erin and beloved great uncle to Danny and Jack. Kelly will also be missed by his cousins and countless friends. Kelly was an avid golfer, accomplished pool player and devoted Pittsburgh sports fan.
