Age 39, of Bridgeville, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021. Beloved fiancee of Tawain Barlow. Loving mother of Jaxson, Pierce, Callie and Isla Barlow. Beloved daughter of Robert S. (Nancy) and the late Catherine (Barr) Urban. Loving niece of Cindy (the late Brian) Urban, Sandy (Rob) Daugherty, Helen Barr and Maryann Barr. Katie was a special friend of the Swiatek family. Beloved daughter-in-law of Chris and Setina Giles. Dear sister-in-law of Tyeneka Barlow and Eric Barlow. Cherished cousin of Jason Daugherty, Christopher Daugherty and Brian Urban, Jr. Also survived by many friends and extended family.
