Joseph J. Wasiecko

Age 57, of Brookline, passed peacefully on Monday, August 28, 2023.  Beloved son of Janet and the late David Cottrill. Loving father of Nicholas, Tristan and Julian. Loving brother of MaryKaye (Rick) Glinski, Kelly Collins and the late Joanne (Bernie) McGlynn. Dear uncle of Carly, Lauren, Connor and the late Ross. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and cherished friends. Joe had an infectious personality, was kind, and was generous to all he met. Joe became successful in life due to his hard-working drive. He will be missed by everyone. Family and friends are welcome 2-8 p.m., Thursday, WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., 15220 (412-563-2800).  Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 a.m. Friday in Resurrection Church of St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish, followed by a luncheon at Amel’s Restaurant.
