Joseph E. Milcarek

Age 78, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022.  Beloved husband of 36 years to Clarissa "Criss" (Tamplin) Milcarek.  Beloved father of Michael Milcarek and grandpa Joe of Logan, Todd (Joy) Cercone and Mark (Shannon) Cercone.  Cherished Pap Joe of Casey, Alex and Caden.  Beloved brother of Dorothy Pena-Roque and the late Patricia Moore.  Also survived by nieces and nephews.  Joe served in the U.S. Air Force for four years and was stationed at Offitt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska, after the service Joe obtained his pilot license and became a Flight Instructor.  Family and friends welcome Sunday, 2-4 and 6-8 PM at WM. SLATER & SONS, INC. (412-381-3345), 301 Virginia Ave., Mt. Washington 15211.  Funeral Mass on Monday at 12:30 PM in Mary Queen of Peace Parish, St. Mary of the Mount Church.  Burial to follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at 2:30 PM.
