Joseph R. "Joey" Mihalic

Age 47, of Scott Twp., suddenly on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. Beloved son of Linda Persiani and Joseph R. and Lori Mihalic Jr. Dear brother of Elizabeth and Jeffrey Halvorsen. Loving uncle of Hayden and Maria McGee. Nephew of Lorraine Persiani, Patricia Madden, and Constance Weber. Also many cousins and friends. Joey was employed at Absolute Safeguard Home Inspection. He was the most adorable, bright, and loveable young man. Joey excelled at everything he put his mind to; from running deep sea charters, hunting, mentoring youths in distress and running a recording studio at two ad agencies. He was an avid reader and had an immense passion for nature and the outdoors. Joey suffered with many internal struggles throughout his life, but always did his very best to overcome these difficulties. Our family is filled with the deepest sorrow and grief of our beloved Joseph. Joe, please know you are so loved by many and will be missed dearly. We will forever carry you in our hearts.
