John P. Walsh

John P. Walsh, age 60, of Brighton Heights, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. Beloved Husband of 36 years to Mary Lynn (Baur) Walsh. Beloved Son of John C. Walsh and Dolores Hoburg. Loving Brother of Paul Walsh, Jennifer (Damian) Landolina, Scott (Meredith) Hoburg, Keith (Trish) Hoburg, and Mitch (Chris Washburn) Hoburg. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. John was a City of Pittsburgh Firefighter for 37 years and worked his way up to Battalion Chief. Family and Friends welcome Sunday, November 24, 2024 from 2-8 PM with Pittsburgh Firefighters final salute at 7 PM at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, (412-563-2800) 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., 15220. Funeral Mass Monday, November 25, 2024 at 10:00 am St Paul’s Cathedral, Oakland. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.  Burial to follow in Holy Savior Cemetery, Gibsonia.
