John Joseph Picard

Age 79, of Carnegie, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Beloved husband of Marilyn (Brilhart) Pleasants. Loving father of John J. Picard, Jr., Robert (Claire) Stock, Leslea (Louis) Stock Lopez, and Danielle Pleasants. Cherished Pap Pap of Jessica Picard, Caroline Stock, Sarah Lopez, and Jamie Lopez. Beloved brother of Kathleen (Tony) Schoedel and the late Elmer, Jr., Yvonne and Sondra. John served in the US Air Force and retired from the Port Authority Transit after 26 years. Family and friends welcome Sunday, 5-7 pm WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, (412-563-2800) 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., 15220 where a Blessing Service will be held Monday, 12 noon. Burial with Military Honors to follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at 1:30 pm.
