John A. "Jack" Pawlik

Age 65, of McMurray formerly of Carnegie, on Monday, November 23, 2015. Son of the late John and Rosemary (Aull) Pawlik. John is survived by his beloved extended family: Aunt Rose Channas; cousins LaVerne Martin, Leonard Fechter, George Fechter, Larry Smith, Shirley DeSalome, Betty Jean Smith, Andrew Pawlik, John Pawlik, Ronald Pawlik, Linda Mason, James Channas, Marianne Cockroft, Robert Channas, Anna Mae Sokol, Ruth Dowds, Mary Weber, Barbara Nolfi, Donna Brown, Frank Yurchey, Mark Yurchey. Lifelong best friend Marty Kaltenbaugh. Jack was a graduate of South Hills High School, LeHigh University and obtained his M.B. A. from Loyola University. He was a member of St. Benedict the Abbot church where he was a member of the ski club and men's club. Like his father John, Jack's first work experience was in purchasing. He began his career at Westinghouse. He then went on to work for U.S. Air and was currently employed at the Veterans Administration in Aspinwall. He was an avid supporter of many charities having ran in numerous 5 and 10k runs representing various organizations.
