John M. Lutz

Age 87, of Green Tree, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2024.  John was the brother of Dolores McLaughlin (the late Richard), Paul Lutz (the late Betty), and the late George Lutz Jr., Catherine, and Margaret.  He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members. 

John started Pure Spring Water, his bottled water delivery business that he ran successfully for many years.  He was a proud US Army veteran and a longtime member of the Carnegie Elks.  John enjoyed traveling and was known by his family to be very caring and generous.

All are welcome Friday, April 19, 2024 from 6-8 PM, WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Road, Scott Twp., 412-563-2800. Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday 10 AM, St. Margaret of Scotland Church, St. Raphael the Archangel Parish, 310 Mansfield Avenue. Interment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
