John R. "Jack" Lindsey Sr.

Age 82, of Green Tree, passed away on Monday, February 20, 2023. Jack is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Dorine A. (Dozzi) Lindsey; his children, John R. Lindsey Jr., Rino R. (Kerri) Lindsey, and Jana Trifonas (Harry); his grandchildren, Rianne, Jordan, Christos, and Dimitri; and his brother, Ross Lindsey. He was a class of 1958 graduate of Stowe High School and proudly served for 6 years in the United States Army. Jack worked for 27 years at PC&Y railroad and continued to work as a security guard until his passing.

Relatives and friends will be received on Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 1-4 PM and from 6 PM until the time of his prayer service at 8 PM in WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Road, Scott Twp., 412-563-2800. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 702, Merrifield, VA  22116-7023.
