John A. Lesniak Jr.

John A. Lesniak, 88, passed peacefully on June 12, 2023, surrounded by family.  

Born in McKeesport, PA, John was the youngest son of the late John and Helen Lesniak.  He is survived by his sons James (Charlene) and Jeffrey (Roswitha), grandchildren Devon, Brandon, and Katie, brothers Bill and Chet, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 63 years Sue Anne, three brothers,and a sister.

John grew up in Akron, OH and worked as a corporate accountant, which later took him to Philadelphia.  In 1992 Johnand Sue moved to Fort Myers, where they enjoyed the beach, pool, and Florida lifestyle.  In his younger days John played the accordion in a polka band, and he continued to polka dance with Sue for many years.  He took pleasure in camping with his sons, visiting new places, and keeping himself well informed.
