John "Sonny" Horsley, 84, of Green Tree, on Tuesday, September 10, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Josephine Bruscemi Horsley; Dear father of John (Patricia) Horsley, Joyce Slater and Mark Horsley. Grandfather of Christine (Jessie) Cotugno, Katie (Adam) Tivald, Janelle, Alyssa and Michelle Horsley, Nicole (David) Knopp, Joanna and R.J. Slater. Great grandfather of Nathan, Matthew, Michael, Hailee, and Olivia. Brother of Shirley (late Robert) Flowers and Robert (Lucy) Horsley. Brother in law of Vince (Barb) & Ron (Chris) Bruscemi. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends who will mourn his passing.

Sonny was a kind man who loved his family & friends…" Nothing is so strong as gentleness, nothing so gentle as real strength".
