Loving mother of Paul Jr. (Lisa), Peter (Kristen), Phillip (Brooke), and Patrick (Kelly) Elias. Beloved grandmother of Declan, Joshua, Zachary, Megan, Taylor. Abigail, Phillip Jr., Grady, Lillian, and Quinn. Loving sister of John and Thomas Hart; and Martha Gaglia. Joan was also survived by many loving nieces, and nephew.
