Age 90, of Upper St. Clair, passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2018. Beloved wife of 61 years of the late George L. Balker; loving mother of Pamela, Patricia, and Susan; cherished grandmother of Kristin; beloved sister of Barb Volpe; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends welcome Friday, 6-8 p.m. at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., PA 15220, (412-563-2800). Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Grace Church, Saturday, 10 a.m. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Burial to follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Dr., Pgh., PA 15205.
