Age 61, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Mt. Washington, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023. Beloved Son of the late Danford and Mary J. (Kohan) Hamm. Loving Brother of Christine M. Hamm, Danford “Dan” P. Hamm and the late Scott B. Hamm and Michelle Hamm. Also survived by many cousins. Jeff had a passion for music, especially R&B and classical Rock and Roll. He was a collector of a variety of music. He loved to fish, go to concerts and see live bands. He enjoyed watching his Steelers and Pens games and an nightly viewer of WWE. His family would like to give a special Thank you to the owner & staff of Allegheny Community Residential Home Care for the special care they gave Jeff, Familylinks and the Office of Developmental Programs for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
