Age 55, of Mt. Lebanon, suddenly on Monday July 27, 2020. Dearly beloved by his mother, Antoinette Galley. Loving brother of his sister, Jan (Tom Campbell), brothers, Carl (Annette) and John (Lori). Nieces, Laura, Emily, and Sara and nephew, Joseph. James was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Computer Science. He enjoyed reading, studying the Bible and debating. He was a student of history and a fierce defender of the U. S. Constitution. As a younger man he enjoyed skiing (water and snow). He was a caring brother and uncle and promoted reading to his nieces and nephew. Regarding the bible, James was quoted as follows: "I see what is obvious to the sensible, but education in these matters is a lifelong pursuit." Regarding the constitution: "When as a young man I first read the constitution, its wisdom was pleasing to me. My understanding has grown since, along with my respect for the original document."
