Beloved husband of 40 years to Patricia (Baraky) Downs; son of the late Thomas and Jane Wilson Downs; loving father of James, Robert, Michael and Shari Downs; brother of Margaret "Marnie" Delfavor, the late George and the late John "Jack" Downs; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews who will mourn his passing.
