Polk; loving mother of Joseph (Melissa) Polk, Peggy (Harry) Gaughan, Andrew (Antonella) Polk and Michael (Julie) Polk; loving Gaga of Anthony, Ryan, Luciana, Christian, Emily, Nicolas, Henry, Kaitlyn, Kristina, Marco and Logan; sister of Betty Ann (Don) Berardino, Dorothy (late Bill) Drusky and the late Agnes (John) Hogya and Rosie (John) Vavro; sister-in-law of Virginia "Ginny" Schram. Helen was a member of St. Bernard Church and loved spending her time going to garage sales, spoiling her grandchildren and she had a deep devotion to St. Anthony.
