Age 54, of Robinson Township, on Friday, March 18, 2016. Beloved husband of Syndle Kirkland. He is survived by his loving children, Andrew and ERica Evans and their mother Carol; beloved brother of John (Tricia) Evans; son of the late Harold E. II and Mary Ann Evans. Hal was a city of Pittsburgh firefighter with Truck Company #26, Brookline and served in the US Army Reserve.
