H. William Zipf

H. William Zipf, Age 99, passed peacefully on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Husband of the late Eleanor Zipf. Beloved father of Dean (Luann) Zipf, William T. (Alverie) Zipf, Myerlann (Tom) Haser, and Donna (Larry) Boston. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Bill was a 78 years member of Lodge 45 F & AM, Scottish Rite, Syria Shrine, and R.O.J. Court 2. Bill graduated from Duquesne University with a B.A. degree. His professional career spanned 37 years as a salesman for J.C. Keppie Company. Bill was a sports fan, particularly for the University of Pittsburgh. He enjoyed traveling with his Masonic brothers to many events. Bill’s life can be exemplified by having fun wherever he went. But, most importantly he enjoyed the fun and love of his family surrounding him at home or at his special place in Wrightsville Beach, NC, the most.
