Beloved wife of the late Theodore Dusak; dear mother of Claire Ann Dusak (Duane), Lisa (Mike) Mullen, Ted (Kim) Dusak and Larry (Myrna) Dusak; loving grandmother of Sarah, Allison and Jarad; sister of Jean Blackburn and Ruth Johnson; also preceded in death by three brothers; and three sisters.
