Glenn J. Felix, 78, of Scott Twp., formerly of Mt. Lebanon and originally from Overbrook passed peacefully on October 14, 2020, surrounded by his family. Glenn is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Mary Ann (Grabowski) and children, Glenn J. Felix, Jr. of Mt. Lebanon and Tanya Rouce (John) of Middletown, MD; and his brother, Kenneth G. Felix. He was a loving Pap Pap to Brittney (Harty) Baerentsen (Frederik), James R. Harty, III, Miller Felix Rouce, Hadley Love Rouce, Maddalena Angeletti and Reno Angeletti. He was also an uncle to many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents George "Buck" and Alice (Glessner) Felix. He was a US Navy Veteran who served during the Vietnam War. Glenn was a union carpenter for Local 165 for more than 50 years. A viewing for friends and family will be held Friday, October 16, 2020 from 2-8 p.m. at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, (412-563-2800) 1650 GREENTREE ROAD, SCOTT TWP., PA 15220 www.slaterfuneral.com. A funeral mass will be held at St. Paul of the Cross Parish/St. Winifred Church in Mt. Lebanon on Saturday, October 17, 2020 for family. Given the current pandemic, the family understands if friends and/or family would prefer not to attend. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Cancer Society in his memory.
