Age 90, of Pittsburgh, on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Beloved daughter of the late Andrew and Nora Fialko; loving mother of Lynn C. (Randy) Miller, Lee (Aracelyes) Titchworth, Larry Titchworth; dear GiGi of Ken, Sean, Mitchell, Alexa, Alexander, Ben, Drew, Declan. Great grandmother of Nathaniel and Analeigh. Gerry loved life. She was born in Braddock, a suburb of Pgh, PA, the city she loved. Her parents were humble steelworkers from Eastern Europe. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in 1953, graduated from Duquesne University with a Master of Science Education in May of 1975, then went onto pursue of Masters in Public Administration and graduated in 1986. She loved to learn and read. Gerry loved the University of Pittsburgh and took all of her children and grandchildren there to visit. She traveled the globe and visited over 22 countries and telling stories about her travels. Mom loved to ski and took the children to Hidden Valley and Seven Springs whenever she could. She was a tough bird and would say “never say never” she would tell the children, “you can accomplish anything if you set your mind and heart to it”. Gerry retired from Forbes Health System as Dir. of Environmental Services. Above all of her accomplishments her main love was the time she spent with all of her family.
