Age 84 of Scott Township, on Friday, September 14, 2012. Husband of the late Josephine "Jessie" Shanahan; beloved father of Deborah (Keith) Hughes, George W. (Mary Anne) Shanahan, Paul J. (Kathleen L.) Shanahan, Kathleen M. Shanahan and the late Maureen S. Webb; also nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; brother of Mary Agnes Harrington, Catherine Welsh, Margaret Crombie, Charles Shanahan and Joan Talerico.
