George Carl Rangos

Age 69, of Mt Lebanon, fell asleep in the Lord, Wednesday, April 20, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Beth Rangos. Cherished stepfather of William (Aliki) Sofis and Michael Sofis. Loving Papou of Yanni Sofis. Beloved son of the late George and Voula Rangos and dear brother of Ceres Rangos and Uncle to Alex Uhlir. George was a member of Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church, a graduate of Carnegie Tech (CMU) with a degree in Chemistry. He spent over forty five years in various sales and sales management positions in the chemical industry. George worked most recently for Ferro Corporation. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army.
