Age 73, of Carnegie, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Cherished husband of 47 years of Jeanne (Lubic) Phillips; dad and best friend of Linda N. Phillips and the late Mark Aaron Phillips; loving "brother" of Eugene and Linda Frediani, Gregory and Debbie Lubic, George "GK" and Regina Lubic, Gary and Sue Lubic, Robert and Melissa Lubic; uncle of Chris Llubic, Lauren and Kevin Kotar, Anthony G. Lubic and Makayla Lubic; great-uncle of Alec and Colin Kotar; best Bud of Valentino. Sandy attended Mass daily and was an usher for many years.
