George Andrew Gross

George Andrew Gross III of Brookline, formerly of Carrick, died suddenly on Friday, January 12, 2018.
Devoted husband of Alice M. Gross (Garfold). Loving and dedicated father of Nicole and George Andrew Gross IV.
Cherished son of George Jr. and Rose Gross.
Grandson of the late George A. and Alice Gross, the late Alfred and Catherine Kuntz , Dolores and the late Gilbert Garfold.
Brother of Deborah and (Scott) Englert .
Caring Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for six years and retired as Captain on the City of Pittsburgh Fire Department after 24 years of service.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and Local 1 Firefighters.
