Dear grandfather of Devin, Julia and Madeline Kelly. Friends welcome Sunday 2-4 and 6-8pm at William Slater II Funeral Service, 1650 Greentree Road, Scott Twp. Service Monday 9:30a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
