Friedrich A. Hils

Age 73, of Bethel Park, on Thursday, February 11, 2021. Beloved husband of 35 years to Helen Rose Hils; son of the late Marcus and Elizabeth (Frank) Hils; loving father of Joyce (Gary) Ignasky, Jason (Vickie) Lindsey, Tracy Hils, and Melanie (Gene) Wagner; brother of Marcus (Linda) Hils; grandfather of Alexis, Jessica, Autumn, Sean, Lennon, Nathan, Gavin. Fred was retired from the United States Army with 22 years of service. He sang over the years with the Teutonia Mannerchor and Pittsburgh Swiss Singers. He enjoyed traveling to Europe with his wife and family and was very special to everyone that knew him. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00a.m. TUESDAY, Resurrection Parish-St. Thomas More Church. Burial with full military honors will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
