Beloved husband of 64 years to Elizabeth M Rheam Fowler; son of the late James L and Sudie Wise Fowler; loving father of Karen (Dan) Carmichael and Val (Dan) Sweeney; brother of Gaylena Holland, the late Mae Fowler, late Geneva Baker, late Paul Fowler, late J.T. Fowler, late Nora Stephenson; grandfather of Christa, Carla, and Shana; great grandfather of Mara, Luke, Ava, Sarah, Cassie and Emmett; special family friend Shirl (Pat) Joseph and family.
