Beloved father of Theresa (Michael) Gigliotti, Sandra (Allyn) Rotthoff, Franklin Mueller, Eric (Jennifer) Mueller, and the late Sheila Mueller; loving "Pap Frank" of Maria, Katheryn, Alexis, Christina, Jessica, and Daniel; beloved brother of Lois Wise, and the late Margaret "Sis" Cornett.
