Age 69, of Green Tree, passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2012, at home. She was a graduate of Mount Mercy College (now Carlow University) and the University of Pittsburgh. Her first career was as a senior social worker at Magee-Womens Hospital. She went on to be an owner and manager of the Hong Kong Restaurant in Dormont where she touched the lives of her many customers. Frances volunteered in numerous organizations including the Organization of Chinese Americans, the University of Pittsburgh Nationality Rooms, and the Greenfield Senior Community Center. She leaves behind her husband Chung Yiu Wong; children Stella (Sy) Wong and Eric (Jean) Wong; grandchildren Matthew, Lauren, and Katelyn Tsi. Devoted daughter of the late Tat Shang and Kwun To Yue; sister of Raymond (Edwina), David (Cindy), Robert (Emily), and William (Colleen) and the late Edward (Mae) Yue; also survived by nieces Nicole, Jennifer, Melody, Stacy, and Alison Yue and nephews Jason and Grady Yue.
