Eva "Eve" (Poliziani) Minutello

Age 92, formerly of Mt. Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Luigi and Lena (Bendinelli) Poliziani; beloved wife of the late Al A. Minutello; loving mother of Rick Minutello (the late Robin), Renee Minutello, and Rachelle Zarnick (Rob); proud grandmother of Ryan (Gloria) and Elizabeth Minutello and Alexis and Brady Zarnick; and sister of Jildo Poliziani, Louis (JoAnn) Poliziani, and the late Lola Merlo, Virginia Fassio, Louise Capelli, Lydia Altiere, Arment Poliziani, James Poliziani, Donald Poliziani, Vicky Schipani, and Diane “Dena” Poliziani.  She is survived also by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.  Eve worked as a bookkeeper at a produce vendor in the Strip District and at Saks 5^TH Avenue for many years. She volunteered at St. Lucy’s Auxiliary to the Blind, the Byham Theater, and at Our Lady of Grace school.  She enjoyed entertaining, playing the slots with her sisters, and was known for her Christmas cookie trays.  Eve appreciated fashion and was always dressed to the nines.  But above everything else, she loved her family.

The family would like to thank the staff at Marian Manor for their compassionate care over the years.

There will be no visitation.  Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 29, Ss. Simon and Jude Church, St. Raphael the Archangel Parish, 1607 Greentree Road, Scott Twp. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.  Entombment to follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Road, Scott Twp., (412-563-2800).
