Age 53, originally from Pittsburgh, PA, passed away Friday, November 13, 2020, at Charlotte, NC.
She was born on November 21, 1966 in Canada. She was a graduate of SS. Simon and Jude, Bishop Canevin High School, Waynesburg University (B.S. Business Administration/Hospital Administration) and Carlow University (B.S. Nursing). She was a member of Alpha Phi Omega, National Service Fraternity which fostered her love of community service. She was a Labor and Delivery nurse in Charlotte, NC. She enjoyed the nursing profession and the people and patients with whom she worked. She was involved with the Catholic community in Charlotte who provided her spiritual growth. She loved being with her family, friends, and community. She encouraged hope and positivity in her life and the lives she touched.
She is survived by her loving husband, John Alford; their children, Lily Victoria and Brandon Michael; her parents, Orlando F. Robles, P.E. D.E.E. and Lydia B. Robles, R.N.; brother, Lxex and his wife, Hazel, nieces, Alexxis and Sydney; and sister, Lourdes; in addition to her aunts, uncles, cousins and many beloved friends.
Family and friends welcome Friday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., 15220 (412-563-2800). Mass of Christian Burial in SS. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, Saturday 10:00 a.m., Burial in Holy Souls Cemetery.
