Elizabeth "Daisy" Kraus Birkel

Age 95, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Fred Birkel; loving mother of Tim (Patti) Birkel and the late Fred (surviving spouse, Kate) Birkel; beloved grandmother of Theresa (J.J.) Bianchin, Connie (Mark) Ratica, Lizzy (Danny) Bittner, Krissy (Rich) Ferris, and Fred Birkel, Jr.; also survived by eight great grandchildren. Daisy volunteered for over 25 years at the Allentown Meals on Wheels and St. John Vianney Food Bank.
