Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Dunner
Age 72, of Pittsburgh, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026. Daughter of the late John & Rita (Pasquinelli) Nardi, beloved wife of the late David Walter Dunner; loving mother of David John (Cassie) Dunner, cherished sister of Gloria Bush and Barbara Groll and sister-in-law to, Ronald Keane. She was a loving aunt to several nieces and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by her brother, John Nardi and brother in laws, Fred Bush, and John Groll. Betty proudly retired from Giant Eagle after many years of dedicated service, where she was known for her strong work ethic and friendly smile. Outside of work, she found joy in collecting Betty Boop memorabilia, a hobby that reflected her fun-loving spirit and youthful heart. Family meant everything to Betty. She cherished every moment spent with her loved ones and took great pride in being there for them through all stages of life. She also had a deep love for animals and treated every pet as part of her family. She touched the lives of all who knew her and will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. In lieu of flowers the family kindly suggest donations be made to Ss. Simon and Jude Church of St. Raphael The Archangel Parish. All are welcome on Sunday, February 8, 2026 from 2-6 PM, WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., 412-563-2800. Funeral Service, Monday, February 9, 2026, 10 AM, at Ss.Simon and Jude Church of St. Raphael The Archangel Parish, 1607 Greentree Road, PGH, 15220. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
