Elias Nagib Kassouf

Age 89 of Scott Twp., died peacefully at home Friday morning, December 10, 2021. He was born April 22, 1932, in Zahle, Lebanon to Nagib & Martha Kassouf. He came to the U.S. in 1959, worked as a carpenter, then started his own business in 1964 as a builder and real estate developer. He built in Ingram, Crafton, Robinson, Scott Township and Carnegie. He enjoyed golf and family gatherings. He was preceded in death by siblings, Odette (Khoury), Fouad, Georges and Amin. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Carol (Mower), daughter, Renee Kathleen Peled, son, Christopher, granddaughter, Nina Gamboni and many nieces and nephews. Elias was a member of Montour Heights Country Club where he enjoyed playing golf, gin with friends and delicious dinners. Family and friends are welcome Sunday, 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Monday 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m. at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Road, Scott Twp., 15220.
