Eli-Ofer Avrahami

Eli-Ofer Avrahami, 69, of Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, passed away on June 14, 2025.Born on August 14, 1955 in Tiberias, Israel, Ofer was the son of Shmuel Avrahami and Aliza Zeidenmark. Ofer had a long career in the travel industry with Gate1 Travel where he helped establish the company's U.S. foothold, both in Miami and Philadelphia. His specialty was helping families plan detailed and fulfilling international vacations, especially to Europe and Israel. Ofer also loved to personally travel and enjoyed learning about history and other cultures. He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, loved sci-fi and action films and enjoyed spending time with his family, He often said being a father was his greatest blessing. Ofer is survived by his daughters, Amit Fenton and Adi Lyons, and their families, including his grandchildren, Eitan and Nava. He is also remembered fondly by his sisters, Tami Ronen and Ronit Avrahami.Eli was preceded in death by his wife, Anat Levin Avrahami.In lieu of a service or memorial, Ofer’s life will be celebrated with family in Israel at a future date.
