Dolores H. Mullen

Age 93 of Pittsburgh, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023.

Dolores was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Michael J. Mullen. Loving mother of Michele Pahnke, Kimberly (Rege) Biggerstaff, Karen (late Mark) Barton, and Charlene (David) Binder. 

Grandmother of Aubra (Luke) Apiecionek (great grandsons Jake & Zach), Ryan (Stephanie) Pahnke, Frank Biggerstaff, Brandon and Sean Barton and Alexandré Binder.

Daughter of the late Walter and Helen Gerst. Sister to the late Ruth Burdulis. 

Survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Dolores worked for many years in the Pittsburgh Public School System including Connelley Vocational School and Beechwood Elementary as School Secretary.

Friends and family will be welcomed Thursday from 9:30 until 11:00 a.m. at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Road, Scott Twp., 15220, (412-563-2800) where a Blessing Service will be held at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
