Beloved wife of Rick Tongel; daughter of the late Donald K and Marian (Weber) Chilcote; loving mother of Bre, Ricky and the late Ashley Tongel; sister of Donna Quatrara and Diane L Chilcote; daughter in law of Dick and Coletta Tongel. Debi, in the most caring and loving manner, brought out the best in all who were fortunate enough to cross paths with her. She cherished her family and friends and knew what was important in life. Friends welcome Friday 2-8pm, William Slater II Funeral Service (412-563-2800) 1650 Greentree Rd, Scott Twp 15220 . Mass of Christian Burial 10:00am Saturday in St. Bernards Church, Mt Lebanon.
