David J. Warholak

Age 69, passed away at home surrounded by his family on Friday, October 27, 2017. Husband of 45 years of Carole (McGrath) Warholak; loving father of Sharon (Warholak) Faulkner and David J. Warholak; beloved son of the late John and Dorothy (Terpack) Warholak; survived my many nieces, nephews and cousins. David enjoyed his retirement doing the things he loved including wildlife management on his property, traveling, and participating in poker tournaments.
