David J. Rush of Bethel Park, on October 25, 2023. Son of the late Dorothy and Thomas Rush. Brother to Dennis P. Rush and his wife Sandra A Rush, and the late Thomas J. Rush Jr. David is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. David, a remarkably talented artist and sculptor, leaving a void in the creative world. His passion for art was infectious, and his creations were a testament to his extraordinary talent and imagination. David's ability to breathe life into sculptures and canvases was awe-inspiring, and his works will continue to captivate and inspire generations to come. In addition to his artistic pursuits, David had an insatiable love for astrology, dedicating time each day to its study. His profound understanding of the cosmos and its influence on our lives enriched the minds of those around him. His attention to detail extended beyond the celestial realm, as he consistently embraced state-of-the-art software and was eager to share his knowledge with family and friends. David's legacy is a tapestry of creativity, precision, and a deep passion for the mysteries of the universe, and he will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. David will be laid to rest at Jefferson Memorial Park. Arrangements entrusted to Freyvogel-Slater Funeral Directors, Bethel Park (412-835-1860).
