David A. Peterson

David A. Peterson, 49, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2026, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, surrounded by his loving family. Born on June 12, 1977, David lived a life devoted to his family and those he loved. He was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend whose kindness, loyalty, and love for his family defined the way he lived.

David is survived by his parents, David and Marlene (Hucke) Peterson; his beloved wife, Jennifer (Wright) Peterson; his brothers, Ryan Peterson and Bradley (Morgan) Peterson; his sons, David and Cody Peterson; his cherished granddaughter, Chloe Peterson; his nephews, Spencer and Dru Peterson; his niece, Amelia Peterson; as well as many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss him greatly.

David will always be remembered for the deep love he had for his family and the joy he found in spending time together. Holidays held a special place in his heart because they brought everyone together, and he made it his mission to ensure that treasured family traditions were celebrated year after year. Whether gathering around the table, sharing stories and laughter, or simply enjoying each other’s company, David created memories that his family will cherish forever.

His unwavering love, generous spirit, and dedication to those closest to him leave behind a lasting legacy. Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

His Funeral Service will take place Wednesday, July 8, 2026, 10 AM, Christ United Methodist Church, 44 Highland Rd, Bethel Park, PA 15102. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
