David A. Golupski, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on April 28, 2024. He was 69 years old.David was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. He was known for his kind heart, unwavering generosity, and infectious sense of humor. David touched the lives of many with his warmth and compassion, leaving an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to know him.A devoted family man, David cherished his time spent with loved ones. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, finding joy in the simple moments shared with family and friends. His legacy of thelove of this family and devotion to his Catholic faith will forever live on in the hearts of his loved ones. Professionally, David was an extremely accomplished leader in transportation, known for his diligence in all his endeavors. He approached his work with passion and dedication, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike.Beyond his professional accomplishments, David was an avid music and sports enthusiast. He found solace and joy in pursuing his passions, whether it was attending countless concerts or “dominating” his many fantasy leagues. David's passing leaves a profound void in the lives of all who knew him. His memory will be cherished by his loving family, including wife, Mo, children, Jaime, Scott, Barrett, Paul, Haedyn, Gillian, and grandchildren, Alexis, Tyler, Carleigh, and Zac. He will be deeply missed by his friends, colleagues, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.A celebration of David's life will be held on Wednesday, May 1st at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE (412-563-2800) 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp. 15220 between 2-8 pm with a Funeral Mass on Thursday at Holy Child Church, Corpus Christi Parish, Bridgeville at 10 AM. We will also be holding a celebration honoring Dave’s life and love of his hometown of Toledo. We will have a visitation on Friday, May 3rd at Newcomer Funeral Home (4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, OH) between 4-8PM. We will say our final goodbye at Toledo Memorial Park (6382 Monroe St. Sylvania, OH) on Saturday morning at 10 AM. His legacy of love, kindness, laughter, and music will forever be remembered by those whose lives he touched. May he rest in peace, knowing he made the world a better place simply by being in it.
