Age 67, died peacefully on March 9, 2026. Preceded in death by her beloved devoted husband, Bill. Survived by her children, Lauren and Bill, grandsons Liam, Camdyn, and Jack, brother Ed (Linda), and daughter-in-law Christina. Also preceded in death by her loving parents, Ed (Mac) & Betsy McDonald, and her brother Craig (Gwen). Cindy was an aunt to seven nieces and one nephew and a best friend to several women that held her in their hearts as a sister. She grew up on Mt. Washington. Before Cindy’s battle with Alzheimer’s disease, she and her husband Bill owned Hair Extraordinare Salon in Bethel Park. Cindy and Bill lived a life full of laughter and love, and were never apart for more than a few hours at a time. Nothing brought Cindy more joy than her grandchildren, rolling her eyes at her husband’s sense of humor, spending time with friends and family, and freshly pressed linens. The cruelty of Alzheimer’s took Cindy far too soon, but there is comfort in knowing that she is reunited with her mind and her best friend.
